Clive Christian Perfume is a luxury British perfumery company, owned by the parent company of Nichebox. Currently I am the brands social media and content executive, meaning I take ownership of all social media channels, influencers, content pieces, paid media as well as working collaboratively with the brand manager and creative director to create exciting multi channel campaigns. The role combines marketing, content creation and social media management skills to execute a marketing strategy that tells the brands story, supports business growth and drives sales globally.

Breakdown of My Responsibilities

Developing and executing a multi-channel content plan and calendar, which integrates CCP’s brand communications, marketing activities and relevant content themes into clear and engaging stories that are used across all aspects of the business, both physical and digital.

Support campaigns with strong communication plans across owned channels, capturing requirements within the content plan to ensure consistency between the two.

Work on the e-commerce activities to capture and deliver content requirements to support a multi-faceted email plan that appeals to a range of customer segments.

Oversee the planning and execution of website content ensuring it is relevant and supports an exceptional customer journey

I write engaging, inspiring & SEO optimised copy for key campaigns and digital marketing channels always upholding the CCP tone of voice

Working closely with the e-commerce team to drive onsite customer conversion. Support in the planning, creation and improvement of key web pages, ensuring an optimum customer experience through a combination of the right user interface and the right message.

Delivery of content across CCP’s social channels – particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, with the aim of increasing fans, followers, engagement, impressions, clicks and ultimately contribute to the businesses financial success.

Use Adobe software, including indesign and photoshop to create and edit assets.

Creation of briefs for content creators, illustrators, artists and influencers to support wider campaign.

Work with the creative director to create campaign visuals and messagings as well as assisting at shoots.

Manage the social influencer marketing strategy for campaigns and driving brand awareness. Research and identify who these key influencers, bloggers and online media platforms are in designated regions to support the global brand strategy.

In the four months I have been at the company I have grown our stats by the following:
I have grown our following by 10.7% on Instagram
Our total net audience growth is up 32.7%
Our engagements on Facebook are up 8.6% with the total net audience growth also up 8.9%
Our Twitter engagements are up 79.8%, post link clicks up 140% and total net audience growth up 177%
Illustrations
For January 2022 I have worked directly with an artist to create a series of brand illustrations that focus on our Original Collection and heritage. I took ownership of this project, briefing the illustrator and creating a visual concept, working with him to ensure the vision was fulfilled.
